Founded in 1984, Insurance Systems, Inc. (ISI) is a third party administrator specializing in the design and administration of self-funded employer-sponsored medical, dental, and vision plans.
ISI also offers complete administration of Consumer-Driven Healthcare plans as well as limited benefit Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) plans. As more employers seek to continue health coverage for their employees in an era of ever increasing costs and the advent of Healthcare Reform legislation, ISI will continually evolve to meet the administrative challenges.

Insurance Systems provides standard monthly reports as well as ad hoc reports upon request. Annually, ISI produces a comprehensive plan analysis which easily identifies health plan cost drivers.

Check eligibility and claim status while supporting reinsurance arrangements, 1099 production, payables accounting, billing and premium reconciliation, EDI transactions, COBRA, FSA, HRA, and various insurance coverages, along with check, EOB, and letter production capabilities.
